Works on X, Threads, Bluesky

How it works

One case per account. Every appeal and reply in one place.

  1. 1

    Tell it what happened

Ask a question about your suspension, or create a suspension case for the account: the platform, the handle and the notice you were shown.

  2. 2

    Get the appeal written

The assistant writes an appeal for that platform. You send it yourself — on X, on Threads, or in the Bluesky app — and mark it sent.

  3. 3

Paste the reply, get the next step

Paste the platform’s reply or add a screenshot. The assistant reads it, adds it to the case and writes your next appeal. Reminders come by email, Telegram or in-app.

What’s in a suspension case

One case per suspended account. You pay once when you create it.

1,000 credits

once, per account

  • 100 assistant-written appeals
  • 500 messages with the assistant inside the case
  • Every platform reply you add, read and kept in the case history
  • Reminders by email, Telegram or in-app

Used them up? A top-up adds 50 appeals and 250 messages for 500 credits — only when you press the button.

Just a question, no case? Question chats cost 10 credits per message.

A case pays for the assistant’s work, not for an outcome. The platform decides.

What we don’t do

Said up front, so you know what a case is before you create one.

Still signed in, just reaching fewer people? That’s a restriction, not a suspension.

  • We never submit anything for you. Every appeal is sent by you, on the platform. Postory does not post, email or file forms in your name.
  • We can’t change or guarantee a decision. The platform alone decides on a suspension. The assistant helps you write a clear appeal and keep track of it; the decision stays with X, Threads or Bluesky.
  • No review-time promises. No platform commits to how long a review takes, so we don’t quote one.
  • No deletion countdowns. None of the three platforms publishes a deadline for deleting a suspended account, so we don’t invent one. If your own screen shows a date, you can add it to the case.

Questions people ask

How do I appeal a suspended X account?

X takes appeals through its own form. Create a suspension case and Ban Assistant writes the appeal from what happened and the notice X showed you. You send it through X’s form, mark it sent, and paste X’s reply into the case when it comes; the assistant writes the next step from the full history. What an X suspension means.

How do I appeal a suspended Threads account?

Threads shows “We suspended your account” and takes the appeal through Meta’s own review. The assistant writes what to say, and the case keeps each appeal and reply so a follow-up starts from what already happened. Threads suspensions explained.

Can I appeal a Bluesky suspension?

Yes. Bluesky account suspensions are appealed in the Bluesky app. Ban Assistant writes the appeal and tracks the case; you submit it in the app yourself.

How long does an appeal take?

No platform commits to a review time, so we don’t quote one. What the case does instead: it records when each appeal went out and reminds you by email, Telegram or in-app when there is a next step to take.

X emailed that my account is restored, but I still can’t sign in. Now what?

X sometimes sends that email while the account is still locked. Your case stays open until you confirm you can sign in; paste the email into the case and the assistant tells you what to do next.

What does it cost?

A suspension case is 1,000 credits, charged once, and includes 100 assistant-written appeals and 500 messages. A top-up adds 50 appeals and 250 messages for 500 credits, only when you ask for it. A question without a case costs 10 credits per message. No subscription. See pricing.
