Is Postory free?
Free to start — every new account gets 100 welcome credits, no card needed. Then you pay as you go: $1 = 100 credits, bonus credits on bigger top-ups, and they never expire. No subscription. Credits are what Postory meters — audits, scans, posts and shadowban checks all spend from the same balance.
Which platforms do you support?
We currently support X/Twitter, Threads, and Bluesky, plus Instagram and Facebook. More platforms are coming soon!
Do credits expire or renew?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases — there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. Credits stay on your balance until you spend them.
Do you offer refunds?
Credit packs are one-time purchases and fees are generally non-refundable once credits are spent, except where the law requires otherwise. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on new purchases, subject to the conditions in our Terms.
